Order "Processing" or "New"

"New" status means that we wait for your transaction to be processed by the payment system. If the status remains unchanged for a long period of time it usually means that your payment was denied by the payment provider and returned.

Once you have completed your payment and we have received a notification from the payment system, the order status will change to "Processing". This status means that the key issuing is in progress.

Once the key has been issued, the order status will change to "Completed".
